Having said that, if you look at every single one of these last 5 CMO's, their tenures in previous CMO roles have been about 1 year. So they all appear to have form, for staying at companies for 1-2 years. So I think it is a reflection of them, rather than IMU as a company. It seems a good CMO is hard to come by, there would not be many in that position. And this latest appointment, at least he was CMO for 3+ years at previous company.
