Whenever I am interviewing potential employees the first thing I look for is how many jobs have they had in the past 2 years. If they are continually in the revolving door then I treat them with caution. It is too hard to recruit and train new staff and then have them leave shortly thereafter. Is IMU recruiting these serial offenders because they have no other choice or are the interviewers failing in their interview process.
