Its a 6-month refurb. They don't need the full workforce during the refurb period so you lease out the camp in the meantime for cash flow. Once they confirm the final money, then they will notify the tenant that the lease has an end date. I doubt Paulsens needs the same amount of workers it did 13 years ago. Things have improved. Its a great idea to pull in the cash to pay for a lot of the current work. It saves cash.
