There is a time limit and the company would simply make alternative arrangements. Management should be all over the main game, and it seems these guys are all over it. Obviously all parties know about the changing debt arrangement as its been announced. The gold price has moved a lot higher (todays study numbers are a massive improvement) from a time of when the original deal was struck. The market has improved, the debt market has improved, the gold price has materially improved, and the stock price has improved. I guess that is a very good thing for shareholders. I just follow the announcements. They point in the right direction. If/when that 28c seller gets eaten, the stock wants to keep going imo. dyor
