    Ok. there is definitely cause to celebrate here! This is a "Private Placement" and the minimum is already covered via an institution....

    Most importantly it is at a PREMIUM to the current share price

    looks like Andreas has delivered really well here and his recent roadshow has provided some fruit!!!
