Have just come across this and scanned the report. Thanks to whoever posted link.
As a former auditor, and having prepared multi-national consolidated financial accounts & listed company reports, including leading company liaison with auditors, the insinuations relating to the 'deed of cross guarantee' and lack of audit etc are absolute garbage.
