It's a game of chess now, JCap will wait for WTC to release a reply in which they will be expected a range of possible retorts, to which JCap will then fire off another salvo as per their ominous statement at the end "In our next report ..."
This could really drag out and I would not blame holders for selling first and asking questions later.
As I said, I think the WTC board and company need to seriously load up if the SP tanks on resumption of trading to send a clear message in their belief of the company. I'm not talking $10k's worth, they need to buy over $100k min to diffuse the market play.
