Well, going off CE1's history of land sales -Montney ... and depressed O&G pricing I'd be surprised if it's going be at a premium price .. maybe $50-$60mill cash-payment ..why we have seen the sell-down last month ..
I understood mgmt had another O&G asset lined up to BUY .. so any Capital return could be much like the last one 1c etc
