“Pure Hydrogen Corporation Limited (PH2) has requested a trading halt of its securities on the ASX, effective from 21 June 2024, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising. The halt will last until the earlier of the start of normal trading on 25 June 2024 or when the company releases its capital raising announcement to the market. This strategic move is aimed at managing market orderliness and fairness during the announcement period.”
IMHO placement at $0.16 per share isn’t a discount (nowhere near to tempt me) - nothing more than a cash grab for the Board and management to waste - put the facts on the table - retail investors don’t believe you!
