I do not think FDA letter is a big problem for MYX. There are always "over-promotion" materials on the market. It is FDA responsibility to monitor those things and to give out warnings. If it is a safety issue, then that is a big problem. If it is a recall, it is a big headache. Most people never deal with FDA or TGA, they sell first and ask question later.
