i don't think bathurst would want this dragging on and on, regardless. i know i don't. as a shareholder; especially as this has most likely been a drag on the share price and brl management surely want to see the shareprice doing a lot better. The judge should be expected to deliver a fair and reasonable decision and, i guess, recommendations based on fair and reasonable findings. If we have to start paying up, then i don't think it would be reasonable to have to pay the lot in one go, especially given the contentious circumstances. Negotiate with L and M a payment time line eg 10 mill every 3 or 6 months...

Would get a monkey off our back and provide certainty.......better for the share price
