I'm damn sure both parties meant shipped as in on a ship on the sea. L and M found that defination as something to exploit to start getting the money. I did obviously only mean the 2nd payment of $40 million too, that's in question, when i said the lot.

I think it's 1 million tonnes that has to be shipped before the 3rd $40 million payment is triggered, isn't it
So L and M will definitely have to wait for that one
