I'm a shareholder and they need to just front up and pay the 40mil to be honest. The longer this sh!t drags on the worse it is for the share price. To continue to waste company money and resources to prolong this saga is stupid. BRL were party to the agreement, they knew the terms and to try an weasel out of payment on a technicality is poor form.
And whatever legal advice they were getting was bloody hopeless.
I don't like the way the directors are operating this company. I'll be exiting on the bounce.
