    Looks like Noel is going for a few millions dollar to keep the office lights on.
    Overall is very disappointing -- no strategic plan to go forward, no farm in / farm out progress update, no T/O offer --- just ticking away with glacier speed.
    Minimum 3 years away from appraisal well and 5 years away from production well if we find something substantial.
