You are a dreamer. All they have is a few drill results which showed low grade and no uniformity. Without a JORC and feasibility study they are essentially mining blind. Customers won't have a proper idea what they are buying since no proven and probable. Financiers have no idea what the metrics are hence why fund it. Amazing that you keep arguing against the company doing proper work. You seem scared what the JORC and feasibility study may show

Has some similarities to Western Desert Resources. At least they had a JORC but only inferred/indicated. WDR went bust and people lost millions.

If AVQ start mining without proper pre-work then the risk is not that this becomes a shell the risk is that this company goes bust. Good luck believing that AVQ is excempt from doing work every other mining company does. You think BHP and FMG also started mining without JORC and feasibility studies?
