I sincerely hope this announcement is the go ahead for Isabel.
I wish all holders the best of luck, even though I got out a while ago I will get back in if this announcement is pro Isabel, I have my personal doubts as I have been in and had my eye on AVQ for many years and have learned that third world countries and business as we feel it should be run don't play well together.
