The credibility of KRC's future prospects will be based on the outcome indications given SS/CS, rather than the writings of some journalist. Who the hell would base there decision to invest in a stock based on someones opinion in FR (yes, there are outliers that would). The paper only serves to build a profile of the company nothing more, so its irrelevant whether its a paid ad or written by a journalist.
