hmm, in my eyes, the acknowledgment of the deposit was made on a previous announcement, therefore already public knowledge.. I'd say that is the case exactly, id expect the deposit to be tommorow or by end of week hence the buying it's all in pretty plain sight, the ASX are just like the goverment trying to slow down the poor man on the up !!
