While I'm not happy with the way things have gone with VEC...

While I'm not happy with the way things have gone with VEC announcements (delays etc), I'm surprised the market is tumbling now of all times.

It's presumably due to the lack of an update, but whether there's a delay or not (my feeling is yes), there will be an announcement either this afternoon or Monday. I get the market is probably firing a broadside due to the poor communication but that could backfire hard if the imminent announcement is positive.
