At least their chatbot works fast and professionally. Maybe they are real people behind the KX portal and were just happy someone sent them a question!
Anyway I have no doubts that contacts are being made behind the scenes. They would be stupid to risk such a venture without due diligence. Reputation is everything and it needs to be done right. I am confident that even if there are further delays it will work out. Im sure we all prefer they get it right than have the launch and potentially bad press and damage reputation. GLTA
