Actually a takeover is the main way to get a fair price to be honest.
We get price exploration for what a fair price is. If a company gets even close to offering us fair price they’ll get the company.
At 55 million ebitda vs our enterprise value, it’s approximately a multiple of 2.6 .... you wouldn’t able to buy the local corner tuck shop for that multiple... even if you were expected to become the manager/director for without a wage. A publicly listed company that’s well run and growing won’t go for that multiple.
To be honest, I reckon board of directors would potentially bang out a leveraged buy out to take the thing over and take it private.
