    There is such a thing as people with large holdings selling a stock to get more later at a cheaper price.
    My average is 21c but I still had a buy offer at 29.5c as that is still dirt cheap.
    Is 35c plus 1c dIv stIll cheap for the stock? Yes. WIll the offer get majorIty? If theyre lucky.
