Why is this asurprise?. Imagine how many hands a trading halt passes through before it hits the market. check the analysis for every company pre trading halt and 95 percent of time there will be an increase in volume whether the price moves up or down. Impossible to regulate. Hence the “pause to eliminate the heat after said announcement on Tuesday.
