that's great.. more than likely its an insider trying to tak advantage and not necessarily a cashed up investors.. if they were prepared to pay 6.4% higher than the previous day's close at 9.4cents, its definitely some positive news.. a TH is a necessity to reduce the risk of insider trading and have unwanted issues come to surface taking focus away from day-to-day running of the business..
