    Ok - so they had to go back cap in hand to Nobel, exactly as I predicted, begging for money just to stay afloat.


    We now have a situation where Nobel in effect controls this company - just as I predicted.

    They have complete control financially as they control the cash flow, if they exercise their convertible shares, then they also have complete control in terms of shares. 

    They are not your friend - their incentive now would be to slowly strangle this company, run it into the ground and take the asset.  Not saying they will, but they can.


    No idea what this announcement is about, but it certainly could be related to the ASX questioning why Symbol have just in effect handed control of the company to a group of shadowy metal traders without shareholder approval.
