That last trading halt for BHP South Flank was called at 9.07 on July 18, 2018 and the contract was announced at 3.39 pm the same day.
Looking at history - at the BHP and a previous RIO halt I am thinking it may be a case of ‘size doesn’t matter but the ‘other’ does.?’
In recent years halts prefaced news of the Golding acquisition, a capital raising and a RIO contract ...not such a huge fish of a contract but as Josh no doubt said at the time - sweet and tasty.
