I can only assume its because the 200k bidder ( that's been appearing between 0.28 and today, that would be an approx buy order of $56,000) want's the best price based on news / uncertainty. It's not as though it's $1,000 bid.
@Qflow 's comment's are completely unsubstantiated ( who knows it could even be himself with the order, and creating uncertainty ).
For future, please don't make outrageous claims base on something you see a snapshot of.
