I simply dont know how you can draw conclusions from a closed period in a microcap. They trade on information and there is none. Nor can insiders buy or sell shares. Add to all of that the CEO who resigned but wanted to stay on as a director didnt in the end get to stay on as a non execurive director. However he and his connected parties seem to hold around 11 million shares and obviously we are all concerned that these represent an overhang of shares for sale. Then you have to take into account that the company has been in an investment phase so I am not expecting an improved result. However I am expecting to get some understanding of the future pathways. The share price for me is a function of the infighting, lack of info and a closed period. I cannpt see how they could have shot themselves in the foot, the CEO had resigned his executive position. He wanted to hang around, I dint see how that would work.
