First, I 'd like it to be axes.
As for replacements, I believe there's a line-up of candidates as a fleet of drunken sailors have docked. Drunken sailors are better because they EARNED their money, and are much more honest (x-Pirates). NAB tops have it given to them in the way of bonuses, options, etc.
Looking forward to the "Golden Parachute" details, and hoping they get it somewhere over the Southern Ocean.
