    I agree GoSwannies Mick is a great operator, he is not waiting around, making changes and improving the performance straight off the bat. Its a tough space consumer telco but in small caps you need to invest based on leaders and the CEO/Board are certainly impressive, I am sure they wouldn't want their reputations destroyed, so they must believe in it.
