It is tempting (and maybe I should stop following FRM so I don't get tempted to act), but I keep going back to the good question that MarsC always poses - which is if management uses the excess cash in the good years to pay down debt / update infrastructure, and in the bad years increases debt, and never has enough capital to pay a dividend... what's the point of holding? Maybe in the next three years there'll be another group of suckers who convince themselves that a dividend is coming and bid up the price, but that's a gamble.
