Thanks @Patient. I don't hold out a lot of hope, you never know. We keep being told Oxford Finance understands this type of business and should be patient. They haven't been taking advantage to date of their position, but it is true that the IP is being used as part of the collateral for the loan. So if we ever get in a position we can't met the contract and we can't renegotiate, they will own the IP and it will no doubt get on sold to a competitor.
