The most recent announcement was that a "91% complete" pilot plant was on schedule for April. It's now April 10. It's all there in writing that a nearing deadline to prove the company's technology is expected to be met. As the number of days left in April shrank, surely anticipation was likely to spark activity? Having seen this stock go to 8c before, it actually seemed subdued to me!
