There's huge problems here if bane and Macdonald step down.
The writing was on the wall with the ASIC proceedings being placed in front of the other proceeding.
Both of them wouldn't have walked easily as their options disappear.
No one seems to want to answer what happens with their shares if ASIC ban them.
And if they do indeed walk ASIC will be all over them to ensure they aren't acting as shadow directors.
