I was suspicious before, but now I'm almost convinced.
AT effectively bought shares, so he couldn't have been aware because of the timing.
The Co advised the ASX after 8:30 of a price sensitive announcement.
ASX initiated a pause at 0956.
The pause has lasted longer than 60 minutes.
