Maybe more to it but not necessarily "imminently".
Of some interest though is the wording "total shareholder return". That sounds to me like a pointre to what Bullant has been saying ... that is, its likely to be a complete sale of our SNE equity with the possibility of a one off "dividend" to shareholders (i,e total shareholder return = share price gain + dividends received by shareholders). Its certainly a possibility. But according to FAR ... one of a number being considered (others being raising the funds to develop SNE or a takeover I guess).
