    The completing appointment /meeting was due at 12.00 noon - in an earlier working life I have been involved in the closing of business sales.
    So one can summize that the purchaser has not confirmed they are ready to settle at 12 noon. We will have to wait and see but my gut feeling is this may not settle / complete / close the sale today......
