Ann: Pause In Trading, page-9

It seems a pause in trading is only good for 60 minutes before an announcement by the company. If no announcement forthcoming then the shares go into a trading halt. It's all guesswork at present but it would seem things haven't been finalised by the cut off time and rather than the market speculating what might or might not be happening the shares go into a halt. We might find there is an announcement later on today otherwise we may have to keep on guessing until Monday morning. Whatever gets posted on HC in the meantime will almost certainly be pure speculation.
