hopefully not a speeding ticket... be nice if this was the rocket to push this into the teens... but Im thinking its a speeding ticket... if so, would be a perfect opportunity for management to throw it in the ASX's face on how PAA is progressing nicely and that the market seems to be finally waking up to the potential here along with the huge revenue potential... MC is way cheap...
