For the logs that matter most to us spectators, generally being the first run in the hole to give the basic log analysis data set, the team on the rig will usually have an idea on reservoir quality and hydrocarbon indications while eyeballing the data during acquisition. Data is sent into town at the end of the run and the numbers are crunched and sent to management within a few hours as a "quick look" evaluation. The analysis will be further refined as more logs and data comes in over the weeks and months (core data for example) after rig release.
So, they should have an idea of what it looks like within 12-18 hours of starting operations with later logging runs, in this case most importantly pressure logging, to confirm / support / disprove the quick interpretation. The 24 - 48 hrs quoted in the release is reasonable - I'd expect to see something tomorrow unless they are having dramas with hole conditions or equipment.
