Claim is that the assets are 100% overvalued.
How is it possible that agricultural land in Australia audited by PWC could be so badly overvalued?
It's not like there isn't a tangible value that can't be independently valued or verified by a third party.
This isn't the same situation as Blue Sky.
As for the siphoning off funds etc that's a different matter that nerds to be clarified.
