'Accounts 100% accurate', invited ASIC to review all their records, engaging lawyers & another set of accountants to refute accusations of fraud.
I'd say that was a prudent & comprehensive response to the accusations which will entail a 'line by line' rebuttal through the ASX.
Avoid jumping to conclusions without hearing from the company.
