Explaim how it's any different to a broker/analyst over hyping a stock because their corporate finance team took a chunk of the raise (at 6% fee) and now needs to sell script...to make matters worse for the company, the brokers pile out of the stock once/if it pops, while the company is actually looking for long-term support.
The future is a company like fresh equities for raising capital.
auditing is also a struggling industry, hence why PWC and others now have so much other business they conduct.
i have no problem with people releasing research, if untrue should be a simple rebuttal back by their auditors.
