Bonitas have misunderstood the accounts of Select Harvests - the lease after 2017 has been classified as a finance lease and lease payments depreciated rather than being reported as rental expense. The accounting change is probably due to new terms of the lease in 2017.
I'm surprised their analysts didn't realize this.
