If one uses a metric like ebitda for a company like this how do you validate the debt acquisition decisions as you never suffer the original acquisition. Personally I think that's a useless metric for measuring perpetual buyers of deep discount financial assets. Vintage profiling and risk adjusted return metrics much better.
