I believe a company can sell up to 15% of a company without shareholder approval, but it would have been nice of them to tell us if they had sold 8% for $225,000,000 as Rawiller posted, I reckon the ASX would have baulked when KKL went from almost nothing in the bank to $225,000,000, I would be asking questions too, but shouldn't we also have a substantial shareholder notice? or at least a change in one?
