ZLD has stated several times that they hope to have product in the market by early 2020. This announcement may also be laying the groundwork for this to happen.
Either way we will find out before the end of the week. Having seen interviews with those running ZLD, and the way trials are ongoing, I have faith in their ability to add value to ZLD and shareholders.
At the present time the US is unable, by law, to run trials on CBd and THC based medicine. So ZLD and its product line has a great future. If a takeover was in the offering I am sure this would be reflected in the offer price.
I still dont think this is a takeover announcement though.
