a shell needs a CR IF it is acquiring a new business... better to raise this higher than at a lower price - less dilution...
if it was lying around at 1c like last month, the CR would have been at 0.8c and now there is a good chance to see a CR @ 1.2c or so - that could mean 50% less dilution than reguired... and IF they are acquiring some good business, then this CR could be the last hurdle before that event...
