The report seems to focus on customer retention for acquired companies. I have never once been gIven the impression that the primary reason for these purchases was customer acquisition. I am happy to stand corrected, and will have to back and check details myself, but the tactic would seem to be to mislead rather than inform - and by the latter I mean present a balanced picture. As I stated in a previous post, "perception is the new reality", and JCap's intentIons and tactIcs are very clear. From memory the announcement of each acquisition has been stated has having no material impact from a revenue perspective.
