I'd be surprised if it wasn't concerning a "material " revision (i.e. miss) to the prospectus forecasts.
They did flag this was a possibility if CE didn't come through by early October. The stock was priced at IPO with financial guidance that took into assumption the CE would be granted weeks back. So, if that was effectively 'priced in' by the valuers (and the market itself since then), would it really require a pause in trading and trading halt to announce CE being granted as opposed to a price sensitive announcement before the open? Wouldn't expect the CE itself to be knocked back, just timing issues.
Anyhow, that's my hunch, let's see. We can only guess until the second 'official' trading halt announcement comes out. If it turns out to be the CE being granted, then that will be a welcome event.
